Quote me...

Inspirational and Motivational quotes feed into your mind and life like an affirmation you are on the right path!

Why is it important to have things around you that feed you positive inspiration?

Auditing the things in your life ensures you are keeping your environment tidy, optimized for productivity, as well as a place that brings you calm and clarity for you and your family.  Making sure the words you think and say to yourself are key to ensuring you have a life that thrives while working from home with family and business!

Pay attention to how you talk to yourself.

Ever heard the phrase - crap in crap out, good in, good out?  If not, well, now you have.  We are often the hardest critic we will ever encounter.  What do you do when your mean girl is on her soapbox and really laying on the criticism, demeaning and pulling you down?  Take a second and literally tell her to sit down and then immediately find 5 things you love about yourself.  Fix your crown and hold your head high! Quote to yourself your positive affirmations. Remember who you are and how amazing you are!

Surround yourself with high quality - that goes for things, words, and people.

Might be time to do an audit!  Time to unfollow the lower quality and the negative! We don't have time for that!  Asking yourself - does this person, atmosphere, or thing bring me joy or drag me down?  Might need to make that as a quote!

To help you surround yourself with positive words, here are some of my favorite quotes!

Many of these quotes and phrases are framed and put on many spaces without my home, office, and even in my car!  It's on most digital frames (frames, my phone, my computer screensaver, etc), framed on my desk, on the fridge, and even the bathroom mirror.  Everywhere my eyes and subconscious might glance during the day, there you'll find a quote or motivational phrase waiting.

Live Every Day With Intention

This is such a great reminder! You HAVE to live each day with the best intention. That means being present. That means looking for the good in others. That is being better than you were yesterday.

Wakeup and Smell the Inspiration

So much can be said with this quote.

Wake up with a great cup of coffee, find that inspiration. Or get up and be inspired!

There is so much to be thankful for, be inspired by, and energized for!

Look for the inspiration! It's everywhere!

Be your own best friend

If you are looking for someone else to “make you happy” you need only to look into the mirror.

The only person responsible for that task is you.

Be your own best friend.

Talk to yourself as you would a friend sitting with you.

Take time each day, even just 15 minutes, for “ME” time.

Read a book, journal, take a bath, dance to your favorite songs, go for a walk. #fillyourcup

Stop and Look Around

Yes, go for your dreams and goals, but always be mindful of the blessings you already have. ⁣

Stop and look around right now. ⁣
Literally take a breathe, look around you right now and find 5 things you are grateful for. 🌼⁣

Blessing and being thankful for what you already have allows you to bring more positive and blessings to you. 🌸

Might even bring those dreams and goals into being faster.

Boss Ladies Make Lists

Yes, absolutely! Making lists is how we stay on top of our priorities, keep our minds at ease, destress and get things done!

Stronger than Yesterday

This speaks to so much and builds on recent posts. You 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 or have to move huge mountains. You only 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 or a bit 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆. #onstepatatime ⁣

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱? ⁣

Grab a notebook or journal. Take even 5 minutes and just write whatever comes to mind. Don’t judge or censor your thoughts. Just write it all out. ⁣

Keep going! A few more thoughts! ⁣

Done? ⁣

Now, 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲. Look around you. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝟱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿. Write those down. ⁣

Now close those thoughts and that journal. If during the day, 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸. At night, 𝗴𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁! ⁣

This #braindump and #gratitudejournal is so grounding and helps to put things into perspective. Try it for 30 days! ⁣

Not striving for perfection. Just better and stronger than yesterday! You’ve got this!

It's okay to not be perfect

𝙄𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙊𝙆𝘼𝙔 𝙩𝙤 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩! Life did not come with a manual. Doing our best with what we have is great!
Stressing yourself because something in your life isn’t perfect. That’s painful to see and feel.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. And it shouldn’t be your destination anyway. I’d rather you be real and your best you.

B𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. Show your humanness.⠀⠀⠀

𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨, some call it failures but I disagree. These are the lessons in life you have learned and can share so others can learn from them.

𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿. Some see it as someone old or letting go. Nope. That is someone that has embraced their amazingness and if they have flown around the star more than you have what wonderful experiences she has to share and to be a guide for those that are no longer with us.

Start Somewhere

That’s it. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁. Even if it is one small action. ⁣

 - Post something. 💻⁣
 - Call someone. ☎️⁣
 - Ask for help. 🗣⁣
 - Seek a new mentor. 🤗⁣
 - Book that ✈️dream vacation 🏖and make your first payment. 💵⁣

𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁!⁣

Success happens with small repeated wins. To have repeated wins, make repeated small focused decisions. Some will be great wins, some will be learning moments. The important part is choosing the next small action! ⁣

Do it for You

Who else are you going to do it for? Prove it to yourself. ⁣

𝗗𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗢𝗨! ⁣
⁣You put yourself at the back or before everything else in your life. Put yourself first for something that lights your fire! ⁣
